SigenMate 2700 Ultra Brings 4,000 W Solar Input to a Compact Home Energy System

Sigenergy is pushing its home energy lineup into a more compact direction with the SigenMate 2700 Ultra, a plug-and-play system built for modern households that want storage without the complexity of a large installation. Its headline figure is 4,000 W of solar input, a specification that gives the unit an unusually serious profile for a home-focused product.

The system was first shown at an exclusive media event during Intersolar Europe in Munich, where around 40 media representatives and content creators gathered at Sigenergy’s booth. That early presentation positioned SigenMate as the next step in the company’s consumer energy roadmap, following its work in larger residential and commercial systems.

Built for smaller and mid-sized homes

Sigenergy says SigenMate expands its portfolio for small and medium-sized households. The company already serves larger residential and commercial needs through SigenStor and SigenStack, so this launch fills a different part of the market.

Shirley Wang, General Manager of Global Consumer Business at Sigenergy, said the goal is to make home energy storage easier to install, easier to expand, and easier to use. The broader ambition is to make green energy and energy independence more accessible to more users.

What the hardware can do

In the live demonstration, Sigenergy highlighted the device’s installation concept, energy management logic, and performance architecture. Timo Wabnik, Senior Account Manager at Sigenergy DACH, outlined the system’s PV input, storage scalability, backup capability, smart meter integration, and parallel operation.

The most prominent technical point is support for up to 4,000 W of PV input. The system can also handle up to 8 solar panels through 4 MPPTs and is fully compatible with all plug-and-play microinverters.

Feature Detail
PV input Up to 4,000 W
Solar panels Up to 8 panels
MPPT 4 MPPTs
Compatibility All plug-and-play microinverters
On-grid output Dual AC output up to 3,600 W
Backup output Up to 3,600 W with up to 3 units in parallel
Protection IP66 and 6-layer safety protection
Use Indoor and outdoor

On-grid operation offers dual AC output of up to 3,600 W, while backup mode can reach the same level when as many as three units are connected in parallel. The unit is rated for indoor and outdoor use, supported by IP66 protection and a 6-layer safety system.

AI takes a central role in energy control

Beyond electrical output, Sigenergy is leaning heavily on AI-based management as a differentiator. The Sigen AI Mode in the mySigen app studies consumption patterns, predicts energy needs, and decides when to store, use, or export power based on real-time conditions.

The company also introduced mySigen App 4.0, which adds 48-hour AI forecasting across all operating modes. Other additions include Sigen AI Assistant, now powered by SigenAgent, plus AI Search for natural-language queries and AI Insight for clearer explanations of energy strategies.

Automation and app control go further

With AI Strategy Personalization, users can describe their energy goals and let SigenAgent adjust the mode automatically. Sigenergy also added AI Peak Shaving for Sweden, a feature designed to reduce demand charges while maintaining economic performance.

The updated app interface uses an immersive 3D energy-flow display with more than 11 dynamic weather backgrounds. It also supports Local Connection, allowing monitoring, configuration, and operation even when internet access is unavailable.

Sigenergy says the Open SigenAgent ecosystem is intended as a future access path through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp. The official launch of SigenMate 2700 Ultra is scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 10.00 CEST, when full technical details, configuration options, and purchasing information will be announced.
