PT Astra Honda Motor has refreshed the New Honda BeAT with updated colors and striping, giving the scooter a more expressive look aimed at younger riders. The move strengthens the model’s visual appeal while keeping its core identity as a fuel-efficient, agile, safe, and comfortable everyday motorbike.
The update arrives as the Honda BeAT remains one of the most popular scooters in Indonesia. With more visual options now available, riders can choose a version that better matches their personal style.
New styling across several variants
The CBS variant now comes in a new Glossy Blue Black color, pairing blue and black for a bolder appearance. All CBS color options also receive new striping designs that are meant to look more dynamic and youthful.
The ISS version gets a new Glossy Red Blue color as well, adding a fresher tone to a variant already known for its efficiency features. Meanwhile, Glossy Metallic Black has been replaced by Matte Black, which gives the scooter a more premium feel.
For the Deluxe Smart Key trim, the update is more subtle but still visible. The Matte Black version now uses a silver-accent emblem, adding a more modern and elegant touch.
New Honda BeAT Street also joins the refresh with a new Glossy Gray color. The shade reinforces the street-style character that has long defined this variant.
| Variant | New Update | Price |
|---|---|---|
| CBS | Glossy Blue Black, new striping | Rp 19.155.000 |
| ISS | Glossy Red Blue, Matte Black replaces Glossy Metallic Black | Rp 20.026.000 |
| Deluxe Smart Key | Matte Black with silver-accent emblem | Rp 20.556.000 |
| BeAT Street | Glossy Gray | Rp 20.026.000 |
Features remain focused on daily use
Despite the visual changes, the New Honda BeAT Series keeps its key features intact. The headlamp still uses LED technology, while the instrument cluster remains a Combined Digital Panel Meter that displays speed, odometer, fuel information, and an ECO indicator.
Security and convenience equipment is still available on selected variants. The CBS, ISS, and BeAT Street versions include Secure Key Shutter with a seat-opening button and an Anti Theft Alarm.
The Deluxe Smart Key trim continues to use Honda’s Smart Key system, allowing the engine to be started without a traditional key. Standard equipment also includes CBS, Side Stand Switch, and Parking Brake Lock.
Other everyday features remain part of the package as well, including a Power Charger, Battery Indicator, and ACG Starter for quieter engine start-up. The ISS and Deluxe Smart Key variants also keep the Idling Stop System, which shuts off the engine automatically when stopped and restarts it when the throttle is turned.
Same engine, same practical character
Performance remains unchanged, with the New Honda BeAT Series still using a 110 cc SOHC engine with PGM-FI injection and enhanced Smart Power, or eSP. The engine produces a maximum output of 6.6 kW at 7,500 rpm and peak torque of 9.2 Nm at 6,000 rpm.
That setup keeps the scooter focused on practical daily commuting rather than dramatic mechanical changes. The main upgrade is clearly visual, with Honda using color and graphic changes to broaden its appeal without altering its core formula.
The latest pricing puts the New Honda BeAT CBS at Rp 19.155.000, the ISS at Rp 20.026.000, the Deluxe Smart Key at Rp 20.556.000, and the BeAT Street at Rp 20.026.000. All prices are on the road in Jakarta, and the fresh styling now gives the model a wider range of choices for riders who want both function and a more distinctive look.
