POCO Pad C1 Brings a 120 Hz Display and 7,600 mAh Battery to the Rp 2 Million Range

POCO Pad C1 has entered the Indonesian market with a price tag in the Rp 2 million range, and its appeal is built around a formula that remains easy to understand: a large display, long battery life, and features aimed at everyday entertainment.

At this price level, the tablet is positioned for streaming, casual gaming, and routine use. The combination of a 9.7-inch 2K screen, 120 Hz refresh rate, and three TÜV Rheinland certifications gives it an edge in a crowded budget tablet segment.

Display Comes First

The strongest selling point is the 9.7-inch IPS LCD panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 2,048 x 1,280-pixel resolution. That setup is designed to deliver sharper and more detailed visuals for video playback, reading, and light gaming.

A 120 Hz refresh rate also helps the interface feel smoother during daily use. The screen can reach 600 nits in outdoor mode, which should make it more usable under direct sunlight.

POCO also includes three TÜV Rheinland certifications on the display, covering low blue light, flicker-free behavior, and circadian-friendly performance. The goal is to reduce eye strain during extended viewing sessions.

Performance, Memory, and Multimedia Support

Under the hood, the tablet uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 chipset with clock speeds up to 2.9 GHz. It is paired with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage in the base model.

A higher variant is also available with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. For light multitasking, video streaming, and casual gaming, that setup is still presented as sufficient.

Storage can be expanded with a microSD card of up to 2 TB. POCO also adds stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm headphone jack to strengthen the device’s entertainment focus.

Battery Life Is a Major Advantage

Battery capacity is another key attraction, with a 7,600 mAh unit claimed to last up to 1.7 days in normal use. Charging support is rated at 18W fast charging, which should shorten the time needed to refill the battery.

The tablet also supports 10W reverse charging, allowing it to act as an emergency power source for other devices. That feature could be useful when a phone needs extra battery in a hurry.

For connectivity, the device supports dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0. Those options are adequate for home internet use, wireless accessories, and daily tablet tasks.

Metal Body and HyperOS 3 Integration

POCO Pad C1 is built with a metal unibody design that gives it a more premium appearance than many low-cost tablets. The company says the design has passed more than 40 quality tests, which is intended to reinforce its durability for daily use.

Despite the large battery, the tablet is still made to stay relatively slim for easier handling. In Indonesia, it is offered in Grey and Blue.

The software side runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 3 and includes AI-focused features such as Google Gemini and Circle to Search with Google. Xiaomi Interconnectivity is also included, making it easier to share screens, move files, and respond to phone notifications directly from the tablet.

With its Rp 2.399.000 starting price for the 4 GB + 64 GB model, POCO Pad C1 enters the budget tablet space with a package centered on display quality, battery endurance, and practical entertainment features.
