VCT Pacific will use Predator Orion 7000 desktops for all professional athletes during Stage 1 and Stage 2 in 2026. The decision places Acer’s gaming hardware at the center of VALORANT’s highest regional competition in the Asia-Pacific region.
The tournament setup extends beyond the computers used by players during live matches. Predator is also supplying laptops and monitors for map selection, coaching duties, and other needs around the competition area.
A Setup Built for Different Roles
Players will use Nitro XF252QF gaming monitors, while coaching staff will use Nitro VG271U monitors. Predator will also provide Nitro Lite 16 laptops as supporting devices for coaching teams during matches.
This division reflects the different demands placed on each role inside a professional esports event. Players need displays intended for match play, while coaches require equipment to support their work beside the team.
Predator Helios Neo 16S AI will be used before the match rather than as the athletes’ main competition machine. The laptop is assigned to the map veto process, when teams select and ban maps before a game begins.
Hardware Allocation Across VALORANT APAC
Predator’s official tournament device role covers more than VCT Pacific. According to information published by Suara.com, the scope also includes Challengers APAC, Last Chance Qualifiers, Offline Final VCL, and Game Changers APAC.
