Amazfit Balance 3 Brings 3,000-Nit Visibility And 21-Day Battery Life In A Premium Push

Amazfit is positioning the Balance 3 as a smartwatch that does more than track workouts. With dual-band GPS, offline maps, turn-by-turn navigation, and a battery rated for up to 21 days, the device is built for users who want a watch that can stay useful far from a charger.

The package also leans heavily on outdoor visibility and rugged usability. Its 1.5-inch AMOLED display reaches a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, making it easier to read in direct sunlight, while sapphire crystal glass adds scratch resistance.

Built for demanding use

Balance 3 comes in a 51.4 mm case that measures 14.6 mm thick, giving it a large and solid presence on the wrist. The initial stainless steel version weighs about 62 grams, while a titanium variant is also available at around 55 grams.

That hardware setup is matched by 10ATM water resistance. The watch is therefore suitable for swimming and recreational diving, which broadens its appeal beyond standard daily wear.

Health tracking stays active all day

Amazfit places health monitoring at the center of the Balance 3 experience. Using HybridCharge Energy Intelligence, the watch tracks stress, sleep quality, training load, and body recovery to help suggest better times to exercise or rest.

The watch monitors heart rate in real time and also tracks blood oxygen, skin temperature, and daily stress levels around the clock. If the system detects issues such as an abnormal heart rate or blood oxygen that is too low, it sends notifications to the user.

More than 180 training modes

For fitness use, the Balance 3 supports more than 180 sport modes. The list includes running, cycling, swimming, and a wide range of modern fitness activities.

Amazfit also gives special attention to HYROX users. The watch includes dedicated training programs, pace simulations, and guidance designed to support performance in that competition format.

Navigation and daily tools

The navigation side is more advanced than on many standard smartwatches. Dual-band GPS is meant to improve positioning accuracy, while offline maps and turn-by-turn directions help during trekking, trail running, or long-distance cycling.

If a user goes off course, the system can adjust the route to keep the destination in sight. For everyday use, the watch also includes a built-in speaker and microphone for Bluetooth calling directly from the wrist.

There is NFC support for storing certain digital cards, along with an integrated flashlight that offers red and white light. The red mode is useful for preserving night vision, while the white mode adds extra illumination when needed.

Battery life is a major selling point

Battery endurance is one of the Balance 3’s strongest claims. Amazfit says the 658mAh battery can last up to 21 days under normal use.

That figure drops to around seven days with Always-On Display enabled. Even so, the watch still stands out as a long-lasting AMOLED model with a large screen and a broad feature set.

The Amazfit Balance 3 is now available for pre-order in the United States at $369.99, with first shipments scheduled to begin in mid-June 2026.
