AISpeech has introduced a new kind of voice recorder that aims to remove nearly every manual step after a meeting ends. The TalkNote Flagship AI Recording Card combines 4G connectivity, automatic transcription, and cloud upload in a body that is close to the size of a credit card.
That approach is designed for people who need to capture meetings, interviews, or quick voice notes without moving files to a phone or computer first. Once recording finishes, the audio can be uploaded to the cloud automatically, while the companion software turns it into a summary, speaker identification, and action items.
Built for fast capture and hands-off sync
The device measures 86 x 55 x 4.5 mm and weighs 43 grams, making it thin enough to fit in a wallet or standard office ID holder. AISpeech also equips it with a 0.95-inch gray AMOLED display that is limited to basic status information such as recording and battery level.
Connectivity includes 4G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, and AISpeech says the card comes with free lifetime 4G data for cloud synchronization. A USB-C port is still available, but the product is clearly built so users do not have to rely on cable transfers.
The TalkNote is not positioned as a simple audio recorder. It is meant to function as an all-in-one capture and documentation tool, with the software layer handling the heavier work after the file reaches the cloud.
AI features extend beyond transcription
Once uploaded, the software can generate meeting summaries, recognize different speakers, and extract action items from the recording. AISpeech says the device also supports automatic switching between Mandarin and English during conversation.
Language support is broad, with claims of 25 foreign languages and 57 Mandarin dialects. For transcription performance, AISpeech says accuracy can reach up to 98% under supported conditions.
Those capabilities place the TalkNote in a different category from conventional pocket recorders. The emphasis is not just on saving audio, but on turning speech into structured work notes with less manual cleanup.
Microphones, battery, and storage
To support its transcription system, the device uses five microphones in total. The setup includes four omnidirectional microphones and one bone-conduction microphone.
AISpeech says this combination can capture clear sound within a five-meter radius, with an effective maximum range of eight meters. An onboard noise reduction system is also included to help filter background noise in busy environments.
The battery capacity is 750mAh, with claimed endurance of up to 45 hours of continuous recording and up to 60 days of standby time. Internal storage is listed at 64GB, giving the device a local buffer in addition to cloud storage.
OfficeClaw adds the workflow layer
AISpeech bundles a three-month subscription to OfficeClaw, the platform used to manage notes and tasks created from uploaded recordings. That makes the product part of a broader workflow rather than a standalone gadget.
In China, the TalkNote Flagship AI Recording Card is priced at 1,299 yuan. With its slim form factor, built-in 4G, and automatic AI processing, AISpeech is targeting users who want a recorder that handles the path from voice capture to usable notes with minimal friction.
