HP Indonesia used HP Elevate 2026 to signal a sharper direction for its computing portfolio, with AI moving closer to the center of everyday work. The company is no longer framing performance only around speed, but around how much can be processed directly on the device for hybrid work, productivity, and tighter security.

That shift is visible across AI PCs, gaming laptops, smart printing, and cybersecurity tools aimed at business users. With AI adoption in Indonesia said to have risen 47% in 2025 and now covering around 18 million companies, HP is positioning on-device AI as a practical answer to faster and safer workflows.

AI is moving into everyday devices

President Director HP Indonesia Juliana Cen said AI has moved beyond a future concept and become a daily utility. HP, she said, wants to help organizations in Indonesia adopt AI in a practical, secure, and meaningful way through AI-based devices, smarter workplace solutions, trusted security, and digital skilling initiatives.

To support local processing with low latency, HP introduced the HP IQ intelligent ecosystem integrated into its latest PC lineup. The system uses a Neural Processing Unit, or NPU, to handle complex computing tasks without depending entirely on an internet connection.

OmniBook and EliteBook take the spotlight

On the consumer, student, and creator side, HP refreshed the HP OmniBook Next Gen AI PC family. The lineup is said to deliver up to 50 NPU TOPS, or Tera Operations Per Second, to support productivity and content creation.

For business users, HP also introduced new work devices for enterprise and small and medium-sized businesses. The EliteBook X G2 arrives as a commercial laptop weighing under 1 kilogram with all-day battery life, while the foldable EliteBook X Flip G2 targets more flexible mobility.

HP also launched the ProBook 4 G2 and EliteBook 8 G2 for SMEs and knowledge workers who need strong stability. Another notable device is the EliteBoard G1a, an AI PC in a compact keyboard form factor with 50 NPU TOPS of computing power built in.

Gaming gets a major refresh

The gaming lineup also received a major update through the HyperX OMEN sub-brand, with a focus on responsiveness. One of the most prominent products is the OMEN 16 VALORANT Limited Edition, an exclusive collaboration with Riot Games powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D and RTX 5070.

The laptop also features custom Valorant-themed design details, giving it collector appeal beyond its performance hardware. HP also introduced the OMEN 35L Gaming Desktop as a modular high-end desktop with a choice of Intel Core Ultra 9 285K or AMD Ryzen 9 9900X3D, paired with graphics options up to RTX 5080.

The gaming push extends to HyperX peripherals as well. The lineup includes the OMEN OLED 34 monitor with a 360Hz refresh rate, the TWS Earbuds III and IIIS, the Flipcast microphone with XLR and USB-C support, and the Clutch Tachi leverless controller developed with esports legend Justin Wong.

Security, automation, and printing are part of the plan

Beyond core devices, HP emphasized cybersecurity as part of the AI transition. Through HP Wolf Security, the Wolf Pro Security version now includes Threat Containment technology to isolate ransomware and phishing attacks at the endpoint level.

For IT teams managing large fleets of devices, the HP Workforce Experience Platform, or WXP, provides telemetry reporting and automated recommendations through AI remediation. The approach is designed to help manage tens of thousands of employee devices in a more measurable way.

On the printing side, HP introduced three tiers of smart LaserJet printers: Pro 4000 for SMEs, and Enterprise 5000 and 6000 for large organizations. All three rely on document workflow automation with dual-layer protection.

Social programs and availability

HP also highlighted digital social initiatives in Indonesia. The programs include cooperation with the Real Madrid Foundation for digital education in Sumbawa, HP Digital Equity Accelerator grants for Solve Education Foundation and Markoding, and teacher training through the HP IDEA program.

HP Indonesia said pricing and distribution timing for the products announced at the event will be shared separately through official channels and retail partners. With AI PCs, gaming hardware, security, and automation moving together, HP is presenting computing as a connected ecosystem rather than a collection of standalone devices.
