BRI is using its regular Friday Market at the Directorate General of Taxes, or DJP, to bring housing and personal loan offers closer to employees working in the area. Through the BRI Branch Office Gatot Subroto booth, the bank is highlighting special KPR and BRIguna promotions during the weekly event.
The setup is designed to make financing information easier to reach without requiring employees to leave the workplace area. According to BRI Gatot Subroto leader Pamadi Purno Widodo, the booth is part of a routine service agenda held every week.
Special KPR terms for housing buyers
At the open booth, BRI is offering a special KPR promotion with interest starting from 1.75 percent fixed for 1 year for selected programs, subject to the applicable terms and period. The offer covers financing for both new and used homes.
The housing facility can also be used for top up and take over needs. BRI said the maximum tenor reaches up to 20 years, giving prospective borrowers more room to adjust their repayment plans.
BRIguna for fixed-income workers and retirees
BRI is also promoting BRIguna, a loan without collateral aimed at workers with steady income such as ASN, TNI, POLRI, BUMN/D employees, and retirees. Repayment comes from monthly salary or pension income, making the product usable for both consumer and productive needs.
For consumer purposes, the funds can be used for renovation and education. For productive purposes, the same facility can support business capital needs.
Flexible limits and faster processing
BRI said BRIguna offers more flexible limits because they are adjusted to the borrower’s repayment capacity. For debtors from institutions that already work with BRI, the interest rate is described as more competitive and the application process is faster.
The product is available in several versions to match different customer segments. These include BRIguna Karya for active employees, BRIguna Purna for retirees, and BRIguna Digital, which can be applied for through the BRImo app.
Weekly service access inside DJP
The Friday Market at the DJP area runs every Friday from 08:00 to 14:00. Through this schedule, BRI provides direct access to financing information for employees who want to explore home loans or unsecured credit.
Pamadi said the DJP Friday Market specifically includes special promotions for both KPR and BRIguna. He added that the marketing booth is one way BRI brings services closer to customers while widening access to the financing products on offer.
