This $39.99 Metal Handheld Fan Adds a Cold Plate Where Air Falls Short

Rogbid is positioning the Breeze as more than a conventional handheld fan. Priced at $39.99, the device combines airflow with a semiconductor cold plate that can be placed directly against the skin.

That added cooling surface is the product’s most distinctive feature. Rather than relying solely on moving air, the fan can lower the temperature of its central metal panel when cooling mode is enabled.

A compact take on Peltier cooling

The four-layer composite panel uses Peltier cooling, according to Rogbid information reported by Gizmochina. This technology is commonly found in clip-on coolers designed for gaming smartphones.

Rogbid has adapted that approach for a smaller personal device intended for carrying around. The cold plate sits in the middle of the fan head, allowing it to serve as a direct-contact cooling point.

The Breeze is housed in a unibody aluminium alloy construction rather than the plastic body typical of many portable fans. The metal design gives the device a more premium appearance while supporting its cooling-oriented identity.

Fine control over airflow

For standard air circulation, the Rogbid Breeze uses a dedicated motor rated for speeds of up to 13,000 RPM. It drives a seven-blade fan behind a honeycomb-style front grille.

Its speed adjustment system also avoids the fixed low, medium, and high settings used by many handheld models. A stepless scroll wheel provides 199 levels of adjustment for more detailed control of airflow and motor noise.

A small digital display sits above the scroll wheel. It shows the selected speed level and the remaining battery percentage.

Made for desk use and carrying

The fan is powered by a dual-cell 6,000mAh battery and recharges through USB-C. Its screen provides a direct readout of remaining power, which can help users track the device before leaving home.

Rogbid fitted the fan head with a hinge that tilts up to 145 degrees. This lets the Breeze stand on a flat surface and function as a desk fan.

A built-in carabiner clip is placed at the bottom of the handle. It can be used to attach the device to a backpack or lanyard.

The Breeze also includes an integrated LED light. A double tap on the control button switches the light between standard illumination, flashing SOS, and strobe modes.

Two finishes available

Rogbid lists the Breeze on its official website for $39.99. Buyers can choose between Moonlight Silver and Tech Black finishes.

The launch follows Rogbid’s Loop Air, a display-free fitness band with ECG monitoring and built-in GPS. With the Breeze, the company continues to add secondary functions beyond the core purpose of its compact personal devices.
