Realme’s latest affordable TWS entry, the Buds T500 Pro, is built to stand out in a crowded budget audio market by combining active noise cancellation, multi-device connectivity, and high-resolution sound support in one compact package. The positioning is straightforward: bring features usually associated with pricier earbuds into a more accessible segment.
That approach is reflected in the specs. The Buds T500 Pro supports ANC up to 50dB, can stay connected to three devices at once, and includes Hi-Res audio support through a setup that aims to deliver more detailed listening without pushing the price into premium territory.
Audio hardware with a premium-leaning focus
At the center of the Buds T500 Pro is a 12.4mm dynamic driver paired with a titanium-coated diaphragm. Realme says this combination is designed to produce deeper bass while still preserving clarity in the higher frequencies.
The earbuds also support the LHDC 5.0 codec. That detail matters for users who want high-resolution audio over Bluetooth, since the format is intended to keep more of the original sound detail intact during wireless playback.
ANC, calls, and transparency tools
Noise cancellation is one of the headline features here, with Realme claiming up to 50dB of adaptive ANC. The system is said to adjust based on the surrounding environment and how the earbuds sit in the ear, which helps the feature work more effectively in day-to-day use.
For calls, the Buds T500 Pro uses six microphones together with AI support. Realme also includes Transparency Mode, allowing outside sound to come through when needed, so users do not have to remove the earbuds to stay aware of their surroundings.
Another noteworthy addition is Live Translation, which works in both face-to-face and two-way modes. That places the earbuds beyond basic music playback and into a more utility-driven category.
Built for switching between devices
Connectivity is another practical strength of the Buds T500 Pro. The earbuds use Bluetooth 6.1, which Realme says is meant to improve connection stability and power efficiency during everyday use.
The most useful part for many people is the ability to connect to three devices at the same time. That makes it easier to move between a smartphone, laptop, and tablet without having to repeat the pairing process each time, which is especially relevant for work, study, and entertainment setups.
Low-latency mode and ambient sound features
Realme also includes a low-latency mode rated at up to 45ms. This is meant to help when watching videos or gaming, where audio delay can make synced visuals feel off.
The earbuds are paired with MindFlow Mode as well, which delivers ambient background sound through the supporting app. The feature is aimed at helping users maintain focus during work or create a calmer listening environment when resting.
Battery life and charging
Battery performance is another area where the Buds T500 Pro tries to stretch its appeal. Realme claims up to 56 hours of total use when combined with the charging case.
Each earbud carries a 62mAh battery, while the case includes a 530mAh cell. In normal use, the earbuds are said to last about 13 to 14 hours when playing music without ANC using the AAC codec, while endurance drops to around 8 to 9 hours with ANC enabled.
Charging is kept relatively simple through USB-C. Realme states that the earbuds take about one hour to fully charge, while the case needs around two hours.
Light weight, water resistance, and pricing
Comfort is supported by a light 4.5-gram weight for each earbud, making the pair easier to wear for longer periods. The Buds T500 Pro also carries an IP55 rating, which means it is resistant to dust, splashes, and sweat.
In India, Realme introduced the Buds T500 Pro with an official price of ₹2,799, or around Rp520 ribuan. During the initial sales period, the price was said to drop to around Rp480 ribuan, with color options that include Chocolate, Lemon Cola, and Orange Mint.
