Xiaomi’s latest wearable push in China is not trying to win attention with a flashy design first. Instead, Smart Band 10 Pro stands out because it packs a long list of features into a lightweight body and keeps the starting price at CNY 399.
That positioning matters because Xiaomi unveiled the band alongside the larger launch of the Xiaomi 17 Max, yet the wearable still became one of the most notable products in the lineup. It is aimed at users who want smartwatch-like functions without moving into a much higher price range.
A lighter body for daily wear
The Smart Band 10 Pro comes in three versions: the standard model, the Genuine Leather Edition, and the Ceramic Edition. Xiaomi also reduced the weight by 12 percent compared with the previous model, bringing it down to 21.6 grams.
The device is also thinner than before, measuring 9.7 mm and cutting thickness by 10 percent. That combination of a slimmer profile and lower weight should make it easier to wear throughout the day, especially for users who do not want a bulky device on the wrist.
A larger AMOLED screen with stronger brightness
On the front, Xiaomi fitted the band with a 1.74-inch AMOLED display. The screen uses a 2.2 mm bezel and a 2.5D curved glass cover, giving it a more polished appearance than a basic fitness tracker.
Xiaomi says the panel can reach 2,000 nits of peak brightness. That should improve outdoor readability and marks a noticeable upgrade over the Smart Band 9 Pro.
Health and fitness features take center stage
The new band is built around health monitoring as much as fitness tracking. Xiaomi says the upgraded heart rate sensor reaches 98.2 percent accuracy, while the device also tracks SpO2, stress, sleep, and menstrual cycles.
For training and activity use, the Smart Band 10 Pro supports more than 150 sports modes. Xiaomi also says it can work like a cycling computer, which gives it extra appeal for users who cycle regularly.
More connected than a typical budget band
Beyond the core tracking tools, the band adds several functions that push it closer to a more capable wearable category. It includes five-star GNSS positioning, support for more than 20 third-party apps, and NFC payment.
Those extras help the Smart Band 10 Pro look less like a stripped-down tracker and more like an affordable all-round wearable. Xiaomi pairs that feature set with HyperOS 3 and 5 ATM water resistance.
Battery life and pricing keep the offer aggressive
Battery life remains one of the strongest selling points. Xiaomi claims the Smart Band 10 Pro can last up to 21 days on a charge, which strengthens its appeal for users who want less frequent charging.
In China, pricing starts at CNY 399 for the standard version. The Genuine Leather Edition is priced at CNY 449, while the Ceramic Edition costs CNY 479.
Xiaomi has not announced a fixed global launch schedule yet, but it says the fitness tracker will arrive outside China soon. That leaves the Smart Band 10 Pro positioned as a budget wearable with a rare mix of premium-style features, long battery life, and an accessible entry price.
