Lenovo’s Compact Mini PC Packs Lunar Lake Power and Dual 2.5GbE in a Mac Mini-Like Shell

Lenovo’s Lecoo AI Mini Pro enters the mini PC segment with a clear ambition: deliver a compact desktop that does more than look refined on a desk. The device is already on sale in China, and its appeal comes from the combination of a small metal chassis, Intel Lunar Lake processors, and connectivity that is unusually generous for its size.

At a glance, the Lecoo AI Mini Pro could be mistaken for a Mac mini-style machine, but Lenovo is positioning it for users who want a tidy workspace without giving up performance. The compact form factor makes it suitable for minimal setups, while the feature set suggests a focus on productivity, multitasking, and heavier workloads.

Compact design with a premium feel

Lenovo keeps the exterior deliberately simple, relying on a metallic finish that gives the machine a clean and modern appearance. The design is not flashy, yet it still aims to feel premium, which helps the mini PC fit into both home offices and professional workspaces.

That small footprint is one of its key advantages. For users with limited desk space, the Lecoo AI Mini Pro offers a way to keep a workstation uncluttered while still using hardware that is meant to handle more than basic computing tasks.

Intel Lunar Lake inside

The more notable part of the package sits under the hood. Lenovo equips the Lecoo AI Mini Pro with Intel Lunar Lake processors, with options that start from the Intel Core Ultra 5 226V and go up to the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V.

Graphics also scale with the configuration. The lower model uses Intel Arc 130V, while the top variant gets Intel Arc 140V, giving the system stronger visual capability for a compact desktop. Lenovo says the highest configuration can even run AAA games at 1080p with stable performance.

Memory and connectivity are not treated as an afterthought

The Lecoo AI Mini Pro can be configured with up to 32GB of RAM, which should help users manage multiple apps at once without the system feeling constrained. That capacity also makes the device more practical for work scenarios that benefit from having several programs, browser tabs, and background tasks open together.

Connectivity is another area where Lenovo tries to stand out. The mini PC includes HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, USB Type-A, and dual 2.5G Ethernet ports, making it more versatile than many small-form-factor systems that often compromise on I/O.

Extra graphics flexibility through USB4

For users who need more graphics power later, Lenovo also provides eGPU support through USB4. That gives the Lecoo AI Mini Pro an upgrade path that can extend its usefulness beyond standard desktop work.

The source material also notes that this kind of setup would be more effective with an OCuLink port or a dedicated interface such as TGX, since those would allow external graphics to use bandwidth more efficiently. Even so, the inclusion of eGPU support adds flexibility that is not always common in this class of mini PC.

Cooling is designed to stay quiet

Lenovo says the cooling system is built to maintain stable temperatures while keeping noise low. The company claims the fan noise stays below 35dB, which is an important detail for compact systems that are often used on desks in quiet rooms.

A low-noise profile makes the Lecoo AI Mini Pro more suitable for work-focused environments, especially where users want a machine that does not draw attention while running throughout the day.

Pricing and availability remain limited to China

In China, the Lecoo AI Mini Pro starts at CNY 3,999, while the top model with Core Ultra 7 is priced at around CNY 5,999. Lenovo has not confirmed global availability, and Lecoo’s reach outside China is still limited.

That means the chances of seeing this mini PC in other markets, including Indonesia, are still unclear. If Lenovo does decide to expand distribution, the Lecoo AI Mini Pro could become an interesting premium option thanks to its compact design, Lunar Lake silicon, dual 2.5G Ethernet, and eGPU support.
