iQoo 15T Emerges With A 200MP Camera, 2K Display, And Dimensity 9500

The most eye-catching part of the iQoo 15T leak is not just the 200MP camera. It is the way the device appears to be positioned as a separate branch inside the iQoo 15 family, with its own focus on imaging and a different chipset strategy.

New images circulating on Weibo have started to sketch a clearer picture of the phone’s design. Digital Chat Station has identified the device shown in those images as the iQoo 15T, with the launch window that has been circulating pointing to May in China.

A familiar flagship identity, but with a new twist

The leaked rear camera module shows a dual-camera layout accompanied by an LED flash. Its overall shape is said to resemble the iQoo 15 Ultra, suggesting that iQoo is keeping a consistent design language across its latest flagship lineup.

A light blue color variant also appears in the leak. Even without official confirmation, that finish gives the phone a fresher look while the attention remains centered on its hardware.

200MP camera pushes the phone into new territory

The biggest hardware claim tied to the iQoo 15T is its main 200MP camera. If accurate, it would be the first model in the iQoo 15 series to use a sensor of that size.

That alone separates the iQoo 15T from the rest of the family. Instead of following the path of a pure performance flagship, the device seems aimed at combining high-end imaging with a more balanced flagship package.

A 6.83-inch 2K display is also said to be part of the specification set. Together with the large sensor, that points to a device designed to compete as a modern premium phone with strong visual appeal.

Different direction from the iQoo 15 and iQoo 15 Ultra

The iQoo 15T becomes more interesting when placed beside the models that came before it. iQoo already launched the iQoo 15 with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and the iQoo 15 Ultra followed with the same chipset but a more aggressive gaming setup.

The Ultra goes further with features such as an inbuilt cooling fan and shoulder triggers. By contrast, the iQoo 15T appears to be planned for a different audience, with the emphasis shifting away from extreme gaming features and toward camera hardware.

MediaTek chipset and no built-in fan

One of the clearest signs that the iQoo 15T is not just another version of the Ultra is the processor choice. The phone is said to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, while the iQoo 15 and iQoo 15 Ultra both rely on Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.

That chipset split gives each flagship model a distinct role inside the lineup. It also reinforces the impression that iQoo wants the 15T to stand apart rather than overlap too closely with the Ultra.

Another reported detail is the absence of a built-in cooling fan. That contrasts with the Ultra’s more gaming-focused approach and suggests a simpler overall design direction for the iQoo 15T.

Still no clarity on a global release

For now, there is no confirmation about whether the iQoo 15T will remain limited to China or eventually reach global markets. That uncertainty leaves the device’s broader availability open, even as the leak continues to draw attention.

What is already clear is that the iQoo 15T is shaping up to be one of the more distinctive additions to iQoo’s next flagship wave. With a 200MP camera, a 2K display, Dimensity 9500, and a design that is starting to surface, the phone is already standing out before any official announcement.
