MSI is pushing its gaming PC cases in a far more futuristic direction at Computex 2026. With the MEG Vision X2 AI+, the company is no longer treating the front panel as a place for a simple display, but as a space for a holographic AI presence that can interact with the user.
At the center of that idea is LuckyClaw, MSI’s internal AI assistant presented as a cartoon dragon. MSI positions the character as more than decoration, with the goal of making the PC case feel like an active part of the desk rather than a passive enclosure for hardware.
A hologram replaces the usual front-panel approach
The standout feature on the MEG Vision X2 AI+ is AI Holostage, which projects LuckyClaw as a three-dimensional hologram. That marks a clear shift from the earlier MEG Vision concept, which relied on a large touchscreen on the front panel.
This time, MSI is aiming for a more immersive effect. Instead of simply showing information on a screen, the case presents an AI character that feels more present and interactive for the person sitting in front of the computer.
Built for direct voice interaction
MSI also equips the case with integrated speakers and a microphone. That setup allows users to speak to the AI assistant directly without relying on extra accessories.
The arrangement is designed to make quick interaction easier for gamers and creative users. It also reduces the need to keep moving attention away from the main monitor when issuing voice commands or asking questions.
Personalization is part of the concept
AI Holostage is not limited to LuckyClaw. MSI says the system can be customized, including the option to display a virtual pet or another AI assistant based on the user’s preference.
That flexibility gives the product a more personal direction. It also reinforces MSI’s broader attempt to turn a PC case into a more interactive desktop centerpiece.
A flagship case for high-end builds
As part of the MEG lineup, the MEG Vision X2 AI+ sits at the top end of MSI’s ecosystem. The focus is not only on appearance, but also on supporting powerful components in a spacious interior with optimized cooling.
Full technical details have not been disclosed yet. Even so, MSI says the case is intended for today’s most powerful hardware, which places it firmly in premium PC-building territory.
Expectations are already rising
Some predictions point to a top configuration featuring an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090. That expectation comes from the product’s flagship position and its emphasis on maximum performance.
Its predecessor used an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor, 64 GB of RAM, and a 2 TB SSD. That hardware baseline has naturally raised interest in what the next version may bring for demanding modern games and heavy AI workloads.
Price and availability remain unannounced
MSI has not revealed the official price or release date for the MEG Vision X2 AI+. Availability for global markets, including Indonesia, is still unknown.
Because it brings hologram technology that remains rare in consumer PC products, the case is expected to sit in the premium tier. For users looking for a flagship build with both showpiece value and practical function, it is one of MSI’s most unusual concepts to date.
