Lenovo has brought the Yoga 7i Aura Edition Gen 11 to Indonesia with a clear strategy: keep the design familiar, then use Intel’s Panther Lake platform to sharpen efficiency and local AI capability. The result is a 2-in-1 machine that aims to balance premium features with practical daily use.
The device is positioned for users who want a flexible laptop-tablet format without giving up battery life, connectivity, or a well-rounded accessory package. Lenovo is also backing the model with an unusually long support bundle, making the notebook more compelling in a market where component costs remain under pressure.
Familiar chassis, but still built for mobility
Yoga 7i Aura Edition keeps the understated Yoga design language and uses a unibody aluminum build. It is not the thinnest or lightest device in its class, but the chassis still feels solid and refined for daily carry.
That approach suits a 2-in-1 better than a pure ultraportable. The form factor is designed to work comfortably as both a conventional laptop and a tablet, with a balance of durability and portability that matches hybrid use.
OLED display choices keep the cost in check
Lenovo equips the model with a touchscreen OLED Full HD+ panel in a 16:10 aspect ratio. The company chose not to use a 2.8K 120Hz display here, a decision that helps keep the overall component cost under control.
Even so, the screen remains a strong point. It offers full DCI-P3 coverage and Dolby Vision support, which should keep colors vivid and accurate for entertainment and light creative work.
Audio, pen support, and AI features round out the experience
Multimedia performance is supported by a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos, giving the system a more capable sound profile for films, music, and streaming content. Lenovo also includes the Yoga Pen Gen 2 in the box, adding a precise stylus with low lag and magnetic charging support via USB-C.
The Aura Edition branding also brings Smart Sense features. These include Zero Touch Login & Lock through a 5MP camera and infrared sensor, plus Zero Touch Video Playback, which can pause a video automatically when the user steps away.
Panther Lake is the main headline
The biggest draw is Intel Core Ultra 7 300 Series based on Panther Lake and built on Intel 18A, or 1.8nm manufacturing. Lenovo says the platform is focused on power efficiency, while the included 50 TOPS NPU brings the notebook in line with Copilot+ PC requirements.
That hardware combination also supports local AI workloads, including Lenovo AI Now for text-based document search. The review unit comes with 32GB LPDDR5X 7500 MHz RAM and a 1TB M.2 SSD, giving it a strong foundation for work and multitasking.
Graphics and thermals are tuned for everyday reality
Graphics are handled by Intel X3 4-core architecture based on B390. Lenovo describes the performance as below Lunar Lake, but still a meaningful step up from Iris Xe and sufficient for games such as Cyberpunk and GTA V at low to medium settings.
The chip carries a 25-watt power rating and is said to avoid excessive heat. Lenovo uses a single large fan to keep temperatures stable during rendering and heavy gaming, while the keyboard area stays comfortable enough for extended use.
Battery life and connectivity make it practical
Battery capacity stands at 70 Wh, and Lenovo claims up to 17 to 18 hours of YouTube playback in Power Saver mode. For normal work, browsing, and light photo editing, the laptop is said to last around 9 to 10 hours.
Connectivity is broad enough for office and travel use. The port selection includes 2x USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports that can charge from either side, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 2.1, Micro SDXC, a combo audio jack, and WiFi 7.
Support package adds another layer of value
Lenovo pairs the Yoga 7i Aura Edition Gen 11 with a long after-sales package. Buyers receive 3 years of Premium Care, 3 years of Accidental Damage Protection, 2 months of Adobe Creative Cloud Pro membership, and a permanent Office 2024 license.
With a polished 2-in-1 design, OLED display, bundled stylus, Panther Lake efficiency, and long battery life, the Yoga 7i Aura Edition stands out as a hybrid laptop that is built for work, entertainment, and AI-driven tasks without sacrificing everyday practicality.
