Tecno Spark 50 Pro Brings a 120Hz Display, 6,000 mAh Battery, and Helio G100

Tecno has expanded its Spark lineup with the Spark 50 Pro, a model aimed at users who want long battery life, a smooth display, and modest pricing appeal in one package. The device stands out most for combining a large battery, 120Hz screen support, and the Helio G100 Ultimate chipset.

One of the most notable details is that Tecno is preparing two battery configurations depending on the market. Some regions will get a 5,600 mAh dual-cell battery, while others will receive a 6,000 mAh single-cell version.

Battery endurance takes center stage

Beyond the capacity difference, all versions of the Spark 50 Pro support 60W fast charging. Tecno also says the battery health can remain at 80 percent after six years of intensive use, a claim that highlights the brand’s emphasis on long-term durability.

That approach gives the device a clear identity in a crowded segment. For buyers comparing affordable phones, battery stamina and charging speed often matter just as much as raw performance.

A large display built for smooth scrolling

The Spark 50 Pro uses a 6.78-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution. Tecno has also included a 120Hz refresh rate, which should make everyday navigation, scrolling, and casual gaming feel more fluid.

The display setup is simple rather than premium, but it is still competitive for its class. A large screen paired with a high refresh rate is likely to be one of the phone’s strongest selling points.

Helio G100 Ultimate and generous storage

Under the hood, the phone runs on MediaTek’s Helio G100 Ultimate chipset. Tecno pairs it with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage, giving it enough headroom for everyday use and a sizable media library.

That configuration places the Spark 50 Pro in a practical position for users who want a balanced device. It should be able to handle routine apps, photos, and videos without immediately depending on external storage.

Camera setup keeps the hardware focused

For imaging, Tecno equips the Spark 50 Pro with a 50 MP main camera using a Sony LYTIA 600 sensor sized at 1/1.95 inches. The lens has an f/1.8 aperture and is designed to help improve results in low-light conditions.

At the front, the phone features an 8 MP selfie camera placed inside a punch-hole cutout on the flat display. On the back, the camera module resembles a recent iPhone-style design, although only one circle is used for the actual main camera while the other elements serve as design accents and an LED flash.

Software and color choices add the finishing touch

The Spark 50 Pro ships with Tecno HiOS 16 based on Android 16, along with a set of AI-focused features for daily use. Those tools include Ella AI, AI Writing, AI Health Assistant, and AI Noise Cancellation.

The phone is available in five colors: Ink Black, Titanium Grey, Midnight Blue, Dynamic Orange, and Cloud White. Tecno has not announced the official price yet, leaving buyers to wait for further availability details.
