Xiaomi has expanded its robot vacuum lineup in Indonesia with the launch of the Robot Vacuum H50 series, which arrives in two versions: H50 and H50 Pro. The series is positioned for households that want cleaner floors with less manual effort, while also reducing the time spent on routine maintenance.
One of the most notable points is the automatic cleaning station on the regular model, which is claimed to hold dust for up to 75 days before it needs to be emptied. That feature places the H50 series among Xiaomi’s home devices designed to make daily cleaning feel less demanding and more hands-off.
Built for more than just vacuuming
The H50 series does not focus only on suction power. Xiaomi also equips the robot vacuum with mopping support, aiming to maintain more consistent cleaning across different floor surfaces.
According to Xiaomi Indonesia Marketing Director Andi Renreng, the value of the device is not limited to specifications alone. The company frames the product as something that gives users “more time,” which reflects the series’ emphasis on practicality in everyday home use.
What the regular H50 brings to daily cleaning
The standard Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 carries suction power of up to 10,000 Pa. Xiaomi says this is meant to handle fine dust, fallen hair, cat litter, and food crumbs in a single cleaning session.
The model also comes with an automatic cleaning station that can wash and dry the included mop cloth. Xiaomi adds a 4-liter clean water tank and a dirty water tank to the setup, which helps support cleaning coverage of up to 240 square meters in one cycle.
To reduce the issue of tangled hair, the H50 uses a Y-shaped comb and a spiral side brush. This combination is designed to direct hair toward the vacuum path instead of letting it wrap around the brush.
For navigation, the robot relies on LDS laser navigation to map rooms and plan a more efficient route. The automatic station serves as a maintenance hub as well, helping reduce manual work after the device finishes cleaning.
Why the station matters
The station is one of the key reasons the H50 series stands out for home users. Beyond storing dust for a long period on the regular model, the system is intended to simplify upkeep and lower the chance of dust bag leakage.
That approach fits Xiaomi’s broader message around convenience. Instead of requiring frequent intervention, the robot vacuum is built to handle both cleaning and self-maintenance with minimal attention from the user.
H50 Pro adds higher output and more advanced handling
Above the regular model, Xiaomi offers the H50 Pro with stronger specifications. The Pro variant increases suction power to 15,000 Pa and introduces a newer anti-tangle design for dealing with a wider range of debris.
Xiaomi also says the H50 Pro uses a dual robotic arm system to improve cleaning coverage. The setup is intended to make it easier to remove dust from narrow gaps, as well as long and short hair, cat litter, and other forms of dirt.
At the edges and corners, the H50 Pro uses an edge brush and a mop arm that can extend and adjust dynamically. This helps the robot reach areas near walls, corners, and under furniture more effectively.
Smarter movement and floor detection on the Pro model
The H50 Pro is paired with a multifunction cleaning station that can rinse and dry the mop, store clean and dirty water, and automatically collect dust and dirt. This keeps the maintenance process simple while reducing how often users need to step in.
It also uses structured light with an ultra-wide 129-degree angle. Xiaomi says the system can detect low obstacles accurately and help the robot navigate smoothly, including in low-light conditions.
Another useful feature is Smart carpet detection with auto mop pad lifting. When the robot moves from hard floors to carpet, the mop pad lifts automatically so cleaning remains effective without disturbing different floor types.
Price and availability in Indonesia
Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 and H50 Pro went on sale in Indonesia on 24 April 2026. The devices are available through Xiaomi’s official website, partner retail stores, and Xiaomi’s partner marketplaces in Indonesia.
The announced prices are Rp 5 million for the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 and Rp 7 million for the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro. Both models can also be controlled through the Xiaomi Home app and support Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice-based operation.
With strong suction, automatic station support, and smart control features, the H50 series is positioned as a practical choice for users who want a cleaner home with less daily effort, while the regular H50’s 75-day dust capacity remains one of its most attention-grabbing features.
