Acer is widening its Windows ARM lineup with two laptops aimed at very different buyers. One is the premium Swift Spin 14 AI, while the other is the more affordable Aspire Go 15, making the company one of the first to show how Qualcomm’s Snapdragon C platform can also reach the entry-level segment.
That split gives Acer a broader position in the PC AI market. It is not only pushing a high-end Copilot+ PC, but also opening a lower-cost path for users who mainly want a Windows laptop for everyday tasks.
Premium mobility with AI focus
The Swift Spin 14 AI is built for users who want stronger AI capability and a more flexible design. Acer offers it with either a Snapdragon X2 Elite or Snapdragon X2 Plus, both paired with a dedicated neural processing unit rated up to 80 TOPS.
Memory and storage are also set up for heavier workloads. The laptop supports up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage, while integrated Adreno graphics handle visual processing.
Its convertible body is a major part of the appeal. A 360-degree hinge lets the device switch between laptop, presentation, and tablet modes depending on the task.
A 14-inch display made for touch and pen use
Acer equips the Swift Spin 14 AI with a 14-inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen. The panel also carries a 120Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB coverage, which should help with smoother motion and more consistent color output.
The company bundles an Active Stylus 420 with Wacom AES 2.0 support. It offers 4,096 pressure levels and tilt detection, making it suitable for note-taking and creative work.
Battery life is another strong point on paper. The 65Wh battery is rated for up to 23 hours of video playback or up to 16.5 hours of web browsing, and charging is handled through a 100W USB Type-C adapter.
Connectivity and premium extras
Acer gives the Swift Spin 14 AI a full set of modern connections. The laptop includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, two USB Type-C ports with USB4, two USB Type-A ports, and HDMI 2.1.
It also adds a 5-megapixel infrared camera with Windows Hello, DTS:X Ultra audio, and Snapdragon Sound compatibility. Those details place it firmly in the premium category rather than treating it as a simple thin-and-light device.
Aspire Go 15 targets everyday use
At the other end of the lineup, the Aspire Go 15 is designed for browsing, work, and media consumption. Acer positions it as a budget-friendly Windows option and says it is the first laptop announced with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon C processor.
The device uses a 15.6-inch Full HD display and can be configured with up to 8GB of memory and up to 512GB of storage. Its 53Wh battery is aimed at daily use rather than high-end AI workloads.
Connectivity is more modest, but still practical. Acer lists Wi-Fi 6E, a Full HD webcam, dual speakers, and USB Type-C, USB Type-A, and HDMI ports.
Different market timing for each model
Acer has shared availability details for the Swift Spin 14 AI in selected regions. The laptop is set to arrive in North America in August 2026, while Europe, the Middle East, and Africa will get it in July 2026.
Australia is scheduled to receive the device in the third quarter of 2026. The Aspire Go 15 does not yet have a confirmed launch schedule, and Acer has also not announced official pricing for either model.
The company says availability and configurations may vary by market. With these two laptops, Acer is showing that ARM-based Windows machines are no longer limited to premium territory and can also move into more affordable everyday computing.
