Honor Indonesia has chosen an unusual path in a market where smartphone prices often move up and down quickly: it has kept the Honor X7d at Rp 4.499.000 since launch. That decision is meant to give buyers something rare in the current electronics market, namely price certainty.

For many buyers, the main appeal of the Honor X7d is not only what it offers in hardware, but also the fact that its price has not shifted. Honor is presenting that stability as part of its commitment to consumer confidence, not just as a temporary promotion.
That approach targets a market that is sensitive to sudden changes. When consumers hesitate because they fear a phone may become more expensive or cheaper shortly after purchase, a fixed price can become a meaningful selling point.
Durability, storage, and battery at the center
At Rp 4.499.000, Honor is emphasizing a package built around toughness, large storage, and a high-capacity battery. The Honor X7d carries SGS Premium Performance certification, which is said to prove resistance to impact and pressure from drops.
The phone also has an IP65 rating. That means it is protected against dust and water splashes, while the screen remains responsive even when used with wet hands.
Storage is another key point. The Honor X7d comes with 512GB of internal memory, which Honor says is enough to store more than 100,000 photos and hundreds of videos without forcing users to delete files often.
Battery life and charging speed
Power performance is one of the strongest highlights on the Honor X7d. It uses a 6,500 mAh dual-cell battery that Honor says is designed to last up to five years without a drastic drop in capacity.
Charging support is provided through 35W Super Charge. According to the company’s claim, the battery can reach full charge in 95 minutes.
A physical AI Button for added functions
Honor also includes a physical AI Button, which it describes as the first in its class. The button is positioned as a distinguishing feature in the crowded midrange smartphone segment.
A single click can clear apps running in the background. A press and hold can activate functions such as text translation, object removal in photos, and quick content search.
Display and camera round out the package
For media use, the Honor X7d has a 6.77-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The specification is intended to deliver smoother visuals for watching content, browsing apps, and gaming.
Photography is handled by a 108MP main camera. Together with the large display, the camera helps complete a device profile that focuses more on durability and long-term usability than on a single standout feature.
The Honor X7d is available in Desert Gold and Velvet Black. It can be found at Honor Experience Stores, Erafone, and partner outlets across Indonesia, with the fixed price remaining one of its clearest selling points in a market where many consumers are still wary of changing prices.
