Pre-orders, promo codes, and eligibility
Google says pre-orders for the Pixel 11 will begin on August 12, immediately after the Made by Google event starts. On the same day, the company will officially unveil the new phones in New York City.
Users in the United States who signed up for promotional emails with a Google Account between July 15 and August 7 will receive a promo code by email on August 11. That code can be used through August 27 to buy an eligible Pixel 11 model or Google Fi through the Google Store.
What else Google is expected to show
The event is expected to feature four phones: Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The invitation also mentions Gemini Intelligence, pointing to new AI features being part of this year’s presentation.
Google is also expected to introduce the Pixel Watch 5 at the same event. The smartwatch is said to come in two size options, making the August 12 showcase one of the company’s biggest hardware moments of the year.
Earlier reports have suggested the Pixel 11 series could use a Samsung M16 OLED panel, a Tensor G6 chipset built on a 2nm process, a MediaTek M90 modem, a Titan M3 security chip, and improvements to the camera and base storage.
